Just off I-495 with plenty of parking, The Bolton Bean is an easy stop for your morning coffee, lunch with a friend, or an afternoon on the patio.
The Community Called
When Randy and Travis Patterson and their father Frank were deciding what to do with the old Salt Box building in 2016, they turned to the Bolton community for ideas. A café quickly emerged as a favorite. They listened, rolled up their sleeves, and The Bolton Bean was born.
The Salt Box, Reimagined
They made the space their own, from the tin ceiling and leather couches to the garden patio carved from natural rock.

More Than A Coffee Stop
Nearly a decade later, The Bolton Bean is still a place to meet a friend, catch up over coffee, listen to live music, or simply take a moment for yourself. We’re proud to be part of the community that helped us get started.
